As NorthernColoradoRentals.com finishes its eighth year in business, the traffic to the rental property listing website is now over a half million visitors per year!
         In 2004, we had over 170,000 visitors
         In 2005, we had over 210,000 visitors
         In 2006, we had over 280,000 visitors
         In 2007, we had over 420,000 visitors
         In 2008, we had over 440,000 visitors
         In 2009, we had over 445,000 visitors
         In 2010, we had over 525,000 visitors
         In 2011 (thru November), we have already had over 570,000 visitors

March, April, May, June, and July continue to be our peak traffic months – and in May 2011, for the first time, we had over 65,000 visitors in a single month!

About 75% of the new renters that visit the site have come because of doing searches on the internet. The rest have come by word of mouth from a friend / colleague (about 20%) or print media (about 5%).

May and June continue to be the months when we have the most listings on our site.
